TerraUna is an evolving public climate-data platform built to make climate change and its consequences easier to see, understand, and explore.
Climate science produces extraordinary amounts of information. TerraUna exists to help transform that information into accessible, contextual, and meaningful visual experiences.

Climate data is everywhere.
Understanding it is harder.
Climate change is often encountered through isolated headlines, individual records, scientific reports, or enormous datasets. Each tells part of the story, but the larger picture can remain difficult to see.
TerraUna aims to bring those signals together. Not to simplify climate science into a single number, but to make its patterns, scales, consequences, and connections easier for more people to investigate themselves.

07 / Behind TerraUna
An independent project with a larger ambition.
TerraUna began as an independent project combining scientific curiosity, climate awareness, data analysis, and web development. Its ambition is larger than any individual visualization: to progressively build a place where people can explore evidence of a changing planet through data.
The project is intentionally iterative. New datasets, indicators, visualizations, and ideas are added as TerraUna develops, while the underlying goal remains the same: make important environmental information easier to reach and easier to understand.
